Yay, we’re moving!
The process of moving is often less appealing than the idea of getting to start over. Packing all of your belongings, even dealing with the boxes of stuff in the basement that never got unpacked from your last move, is daunting at best!

You may want some items like new light fixtures, certain appliances or area rugs to come with you. Consider instead that buyers may want some of these items. If you exclude them from the initial sale and you can use them later as bargaining chips. Make some extra money and save the cost and hassle of bringing them along.
